Pristine Floor Care is a local company owned by James and Gretchen Palmer, longtime Traverse City residents. After seven years as an insurance agent James was excited to follow his dream of owning a business in Traverse City and pursued and received accreditation from the IICRC in carpet and upholstery cleaning as well as in water and flood restoration. The Palmer's are active in their church, in raising their 3 daughters, and James volunteers as a reserve officer for the Traverse City Police Department. James is also a licensed Realtor so he knows the importance of clean carpeting! |
James was mentored and trained by the 5th certified Master Cleaner in the world, Joey Pickett, who has consulted for both the Canadian and US governments as well as Shaw Industries, Dupont (in the design of their Stainmaster carpet brand), written for Consumer's Reports, and is a Senior Carpet Inspector for the insurance industry. I count myself as lucky to have Joey as a friend, coach, and guide and keep his number close at hand.
