James Palmer was mentored and trained by the 5th certified Master Cleaner in the world, Joey Pickett, who has consulted for both the Canadian and US governments as well as Shaw Industries, Dupont (in the design of their Stainmaster carpet brand), written for Consumer's Reports, and is a Senior Carpet Inspector for the insurance industry. I count myself as lucky to have Joey as a friend, coach, and guide and keep his number close at hand.
James Anderson worked for the big carpet cleaning company in town, and knew that hurrying from job to job just getting people's carpets wet wasn't the kind of service he believed in. He is an honest hard working young man who believes you should treat others the way you would want to be treated.
