If you're looking for a good maintenance cleaning of the areas of your home that get the most use and traffic this package is value priced just for you. We will pre-spray the open floor areas and steam-clean your carpet with our truck mounted machine. |

The standard package includes everything in the basic but includes specific spot treatments when your carpet needs more than just regular upkeep. It also includes a deep scrub with our CRB machine to get the deepest stains and soils out. People are amazed at the restorative cleaning we are able to perform with this cleaning package. Since we charge by the amount of carpet we actually clean (sq feet) most people just have us clean the open areas that get walked on. Furniture moving can be performed, but depending on the amount of furniture and weight there can be additional fees.

Stairs are $3 per step and hallways are figured by the sq foot with package chosen.
Tile Floors are .75 a square foot.

Upholstery
Pricing is based on the length of the piece of furniture and is figured at $12 a linear foot. For example, a 5 foot long love seat would cost $60.
Couches, Love Seats, Recliners, Ottomans, Wing Back chairs, sectionals... we clean them all!
Pristine Floor Care has a minimum job charge of $150.
